Scooter Rental in Lisbon

Your questions about Lisbon Scooter Rental, answered

We help our customers quickly and easily rent scooters from local rental providers. Through Eversoul, you get access to trusted local partners while avoiding hidden fees, unexpected costs, and confusing terms commonly found in large rental chains.

International rental companies do not always offer the level of service customers are looking for. That is why we work with carefully selected local providers, many of them family-run businesses with a single office and a small, well-kept fleet.

We personally know our partners and carefully evaluate their performance based on real customer feedback. All scooter hire services are provided by these partners, ensuring reliable service at the best possible price.

In the scooter hire service offered through Eversoul, there is full transparency in pricing. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. We provide detailed descriptions of each scooter and all insurance options, always written in clear and simple language.

We offer confidence throughout the entire booking process. To secure your reservation, you only need a small deposit of 15% to 20% of the total price. The remaining amount is paid directly on site when you receive the scooter. In case of any unforeseen situation, refunds are guaranteed.

No fine print:We never hide prices, terms, or conditions. There are no hidden fees or taxes. The price you see during booking is the final price you pay.

Low deposits: International rental companies may require deposits of several thousand euros, which are blocked on your bank account. With us, the average deposit is around €300, and many of our partners do not require any deposit at all.

Stress-Free: You can pick up and drop off your scooter in the city or at the airport. A rental agent will meet you at the appointed time and take care of all the paperwork.

Comparison: Our website brings together the best offers from local scooter rentals. You can compare them quickly and easily and choose the perfect one for you.

Flexibility: You don’t need to make a full payment in advance to book a scooter. The advance payment on booking is only 15–20%, and you pay the remaining amount when you pick up the scooter.

Transparency: No hidden charges. The order amount at the time of booking is exactly the same as the amount when you pick up the scooter.

Insurance: Standard insurance is already included in the price.

Support: Friendly customer support throughout the entire rental period.

Local regulations do not differ significantly from those in the rest of Europe, but there are some particularities. One of the most important is that some drivers may not always follow traffic rules. Of course, we do not recommend following their example. Traffic police actively monitor road conditions and enforce the law.

Typical speed limits in Portugal:

  • 50 km/h in urban areas
  • 90 km/h outside urban areas
  • 120 km/h on motorways
Drivers must use daytime running lights in tunnels, in low visibility conditions, and always on expressways (Vias Rápidas).
Expressways are roads reserved exclusively for cars and motorcycles.
All car occupants must wear their seat belts.
Children under 12 years of age and less than 135cm tall may only ride in the rear seat in a child restraint system.
Do not talk on your mobile phone without a hands-free system.
The permitted blood alcohol content is 0.49‰. (Go easy on the ginjinha.)
